In our effort to provide the best most confidential, you-focused care, The C.H.A.I.R is transitioning from an insurance-based practice to a fee-for-service model. Simply put, in the near future, we will become an out of network provider only. Currently, we are only insurance paneled in Michigan and therefore for most states we are out of network providers, but we can help you file a reimbursement claim which will generally offset 50 to 80% of your session costs.

Rates

Individual therapy starts at $160 and is dependent upon service and practitioner.
Fees are determined by clinician and varies by experience and expertise.
We maintain a credit card on file to cover copays (Michigan only), no show fees and session charges.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Do I have a separate out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the insurance covered amount per group and individual session?
Can you send me the forms for my direct reimbursement of pre-paid services?
Is pre-approval required from my primary care physician for behavioral health services?

Monday through Sunday 7 AM to 9PM

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Reduced fee services are available and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour advanced notification is required to cancel a session. For cancellations of less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged up to the cost of a full session.
