Dr. Moncrief- Alexander is a psychotherapist specializing in helping one meet personal growth goals through individual and group therapy. She has served as a teen mentor, educator, motivational speaker and clinical supervisor. She is the founder of The C.H.A.I.R. (Creating, Healthy, Appropriate, Integrative, Relationships) and she maintains virtual offices in both Michigan and Florida and is planning to expand to other locations.

With over a decade of licensed clinical experience, she has completed graduate studies in organizational, clinical and humanistic psychology. In additional to her graduate education, she has also completed post graduate training including a training fellowship in individual and group therapy. She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients. Among her areas of expertise are anxiety, depression and life transitions.

In addition to being a prominent relationship oriented therapist, Dr. Moncrief- Alexander has served as a psychology instructor and presented to general audiences at local non-profits speaking on motivational, clinical and mental health topics.

Dr. Moncrief- Alexander is a solution-focused therapist; her therapeutic approach helps to provide others with support and practical feedback to effectively address personal life challenges. Dr. Moncrief- Alexander often integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly individualized method of care tailored to the need of the patient. With compassion and understanding, she helps each person to build upon their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
